Zalora Collaborates with Mazda for "M2 by Mark Bumgarner" Collection

It has been my guilty pleasure to browse my Zalora app every night, when I can't sleep, and place every single dress or shoes or bag in my wish list. Shopping with Zalora is super convenient, every time I place an order the night before, I usually receive my purchase the following day! They also have several payment options, including cash on delivery. And of course, Zalora (even their in house brand) have so much unique and beautiful stuff at affordable price tags, that I just can't resist!

Now, the country's leading online fashion house partners with Japanese automotive brand MAZDA for an exclusive collection inspired by Mazda's KODO design philosophy: the M2 by Mark Bumgarner Collection. I was lucky to have a preview of these designer pieces earlier at the Shangrila Mall.

The event's host, Bianca Valerio, in a super sexy gown. A Mark Bumgarner? :)

Sir Steven Tan, CEO and President of Mazda Philippines

"As an automaker, Mazda regards an automobile as more than an assembly of metal, nuts, and bolts. A Mazda vehicle is a piece of art, beautifully crafted and finished in premium material, encasing state-of-the-art advanced SKYACTIV technology that delivers outstanding performance and fuel economy," said Tan.

The collection represents the designer's first endeavor in creating 100% handmade, ready-to-wear pieces. This is also Zalora's way of supporting local designers. Here's a sneak peek of this collection!

Separates, that you can use-and-abuse for a long long time! The tops will also look great with jeans or shorts.

Aside from being limited editions, what I love most about the "M2 by Mark Bumgarner" is that the designs are basic, wearable, and still trendy and unique.

I love the scallop details in the skirts, tops, etc.

I'm so happy Zalora and Mazda just made designer pieces attainable. Also, there will only be one piece per size per design!

"M2 combines two of my first loves--cars and fashion. Being able to find the connection between these two opposing worlds was a truly inspiring experience, and I invite everyone to see the soul of motion in every piece," said former formula racer, now designer Mark Bumgarner. Really really impressive!
