I finally got to dine in PREMIO, the new bar and restaurant at the F1 (Hotel) City Center, a few Saturdays ago. Kahit may bazaar (SuperSale!), I closed shop earlier than usual (qumuota na! hehe!) for this chill night of Food and Style with my blogger friends.
I felt so special! Hehe! Availed of the free Wi-Fi nadin to entertain myself while waiting for the gang.
Dahil praning siguro, I was first to arrive (haha!) kahit I thought ako na ang best-in-late, coming from work and all! Went and checked out their loo first, which is located at the bar's second floor. Neat, and with full glass walls. Pretty much like a hotel's washroom:
I am super impressed with the fancy setup they created for us! I love the place's ambiance, ang dali kong ma-at ease! Maybe it's the dim lights na veryvery relaxing lang to the eyes after a looong day of work. Or maybe it's the hip choice of music, familiar, and hindi intimidating as the restaurant's facade. Or maybe it's the homey feel when you go inside Premio. Chill vibes lang!
Some starters while waiting for the others. Also took this chance to peek at the restaurant's menu, and for a fine dining experience, you don't have to spend a fortune when you eat here! Sulit!
See for yourself!

While the others had this Smoked Salmon Blinis:
Chef created this vegetarian tartlet for me! Love the combination of caramelized onions and goat cheese!
Napansin ko that Premio serves local dishes with a twist, like this Smoked Chicharron platter na ang fancy na tignan:
My bowl of "feel good" Corn Chowder. Ang daming nag sabi na "sana vegetarian nalang ako" that night because of this soup! :)
Must-try: Premio's Rocket Salad which comes with arugula, candied almonds, crispy prosciutto, marinated feta cheese, lemon prosciutto vinaigrette, and apples!
The perks of being a vegetarian: They made me try this Bucatini Pomodoro! I love the thick noodles used for the past, hollow yung loob niya giving the dish an interesting bite:
I think kung may mas iimpress pa sakin about Premio, it's when I found out about their
Farm-to-Table dishes. The accommodating and bubbly Chef Franchesca Carino approached us sa table
in between our meals and told us about their cuisines, na lahat made from scratch talaga--from the sauces,
their corned beef, the sausages, their desserts, lahat talaga prepared nila and nothing came from
bottle or can... Super cool!
What the others had:
Chicken Karaage:
Buffalo Wings:
CrabCakes:
Premio Smoked Porkloin, Grilled Asparagus, and Sausage:
Corned Beef Brisket (ang soshal talaga ng plating noh! :))
Only-in-Premio: Another fancy plating of their PorkBelly Kare-Kare:
Of course, Premio is a winning experience when shared with friends! Feel niyo din ba ang chill vibes:
With Kelly, Pax, Mich (who took the photo!), Papa D, Sarah, Tracy, Paul, Keigh, and Premio's Mikhail:
After dinner, as promised, Mikhail of Premio prepared fun PREMIO-loaded activities for us that night! Kelly won for being the FIRST to Instagram and tag @premio_, and I also won gift cards for being the FIRST to arrive (early bird)! Haha!
We then proceeded to a little "Show and Share"! Mikhail asked us to bring our "prized accessory" pre-event, and ako pa ang accessory maker (na nanggaling sa bazaar niya!), ako pa ang nakalimot mag dala! Hahaha! Buti nalang I always wear an Anagon piece! :) Of course my "Detach" word bracelet is something precious for me dahil gawa ko sha, and the word I wear is something na may meaning for me....Just like any Anagon piece na Work of Heart lahat. Yown! Lakas maka-segue, hahaha!
Tracy telling us why her bag is her prized accessory, while si Sarah iniisip na kung anong sasabihin niya at sha na ang next, hehehe.
Btw, Sarah won a gift card din for this round! :) Her prized accessory is her watch, na from lola pa nya. Naku, wala kaming laban jan basta heirloom piece na pinaguusapan, lol.
We proceeded to the second floor of Premio to cap the night with drinks. In this floor, may separate smoking area, bar, and couch section. This can be rented out as private functions.
Beer night! Tried out an imported beer that Sarah recommended to me:
They also announced the Best Dressed for the night, and Sarah won through our text votes! Sha din vinote ko! :) For a dress code na black, white, and/or gold, a zebra print maxi dress deserves the Premio na dinner for two! Here's Sarah, being Cruella de Vil with her long cigarette, hehe:
Thank you so much Mikhail Guingon, Chef Chesca, and Keigh Jalbuena for organizing this cool night for my blog barkada. :)
