Two-in-One

I have this "fashion illness" of wearing the same outfit-"layout" consecutive times when I liked what I came up with the first time. . . Just like ordering the same meal in a fastfood on every visit. After realizing that I can pull-off tucking-in my shirt even with my not-so-flat tummy, I decided to make a repeat for last Saturday's jumble of events! =)

I always want to have multi-reasons for leaving the house (maybe its the business woman in me! :D) ... First set schedule for Saturday was the event at the Ascend SuperClub for Cea's organized dance showdown-fashion show which will start at around 6pm. I then checked the UAAP game sched and saw that UST will be playing against FEU at around 4pm at the Big Dome. So I inserted a meet-up at the bus terminal where I rode a bus to MRT Magallanes, swiped my stored value card and dropped off Cubao. Araneta Coliseum wasnt full that day, since it wasnt a La Salle and Ateneo game, I easily got hold of a Patron ticket.

After the game photo-op with my favorite Tiger........ever since college!

Though we lost again against the Tamarraws, I rode the MRT giddy after having photo ops with some Tigers. Besides, it was a better game than the first round! I got off MRT Ayala Station, hailed for a taxi to get to Serendra faster, where Geo stayed and waited for me. The taxi driver was really nice, we talked about how developed Fort is already, and how next time I can reach Serendra through the cheaper shuttle near the MRT station.

The outfit-challenge here was what to wear that will fit/be appropriate on both a basketball game and a bar event. I decided to wear again my black skirt with pink polka dots, wore a cute shirt tucked in, purple patent flats for easy commuting yet still dressy, my Cory cardigan, and my ate's gray chained-sling bag. I added the Peace-Love Layered Long Necklace, from Anagon Collection, for the night party.

While girls were strutting at the Ascend that night, Geo and I kept on chattering how old we felt amongst Cea's all-college crowd. We also kept on laughing on silly things, and even enjoyed the moves of dancers and models who gave their all in their performances or "spotlight moments". We've agreed that I'd rather watch oa and career people than those who evidently show they are embarassed with what they are doing! Pinasok mo yan e, galingan mo na lang! :D

I also told Geo that what I wore was "over-dressed for UAAP, but underdressed for Ascend" --- hahaha!

Candy Model and friend Patty Mendoza, also my model for Anagon Collection, walked the runway that night for Wrangler, Glitterati, and Poisonberry! =)

I'll try to be more masipag next time and take pics before going out, or else I'll end up jumping out of my clothes as soon as i get home--forgetting about blogs and pictures and my old motto of 'Document Everything!' ;D Hehehe!
