I believe in you. If I didn't, I wouldn't have made you into such an amazing and wonderful person. I believe in you so much, I planted dreams in your heart. Dreams that will make you grow in love and will mature in your soul. Yes, I will use you to share My light and love to many.

So believe in yourself. Even when you fail. Never give up on yourself. Failure is an important part of your success. Look around and you'll discover that the most successful people are those who have failed the most. Trust in Me, I trust in you!

Know the difference between paths and purpose. Even if your chosen path fails, never give up on your sacred purpose. When you write your dreams, include the details that you desire. Your imagination will inspire you. But don't be attached to the details. Surrender to my surprises and open yourself to My abundance. For I have the best blessings and perfect miracles for you, far better than what you can think of or imagine.

Nourish you soul in My Love and My Word. Nourish your soul with other like-minded Dreamers who have fire in their hearts.

I just want to share this meaningful prayer from the beautiful prayer booklet Novena To God's Love from the Light of Jesus by Brother Bo Sanchez. Like anyone, madalas kong malimutan or nalilito ako what life God wants us to live. Watching Jesus and Bible movies on TV this Holy Week makes me so guilty, it makes me think: What do I have to do to please our Lord? And our God of Silence answers through this prayer: To find our passion, and use these talents to serve and bless the world.

To love others, that's the best lesson I ever got in life. May I be more like Jesus everyday, and may my love for others grow.
I pray for your blessings, and have a fruitful Holy Week, guys. :)

Another one for the road!

I didn't expect mom would say yes to me when I had to go out again last night for another round of Barx bonding. Pag lumabas pa naman ako, for sure hindi na ako makakauwi sa laaaayo ng house, so sure overnight na. I guess the power of the words "high school friends" and "balikbayan" worked when I asked permission to go to Rue Bourbon on a Holy Wednesday night. Sobrang "baby" ko pa noh, nagpapaalam padin! Hehehe.

I also discovered a second love in my beer drinking life (hehe). After ordering Red Horse since college because I can't appreciate San Mig Light na usual order ng barkada, Ana and I discovered Draft--na masarap kahit walang yelo (hindi na kailangan hingi ng hingi ng ice). The others like Abi had wine. Laugh trip, people watching, nonsense but benta jokes, and danced and sang the night away. :) Can't wait for our Bora vacation!!!

Today till Saturday will be spent with the family. :) Awhile ago the Crazy Gonzales went on a Visita Iglesia --a family tradition we've been practicing since I was a kid. I always feel good after this, it wasn't enough time to reflect, but it was enough to make me feel what this holiday is all about.

That's it! Oh, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my BEB Ava! :) I'm sure your day was a blast. I miss you and I can't wait to hangout with you again soon! :) All the best in your future career, school, blogging, artsy activities, family life, etc! You deserve all the blessings, mwah!

I noticed some of my friends and contacts posting "Happy 420!!! :D" in their Face Book and Twitter pages today, arousing intrigues to people like me na walang kaalam-alam (sorry naman, painosente ba), hahaha. So, curious and geekazoid as always, I Googled what is behind the number 420:

I got these from ABC News Online:
- Has someone wished you a Happy 420 today? It's probably not because he or she is celebrating Hitler's birthday, although he was born on April 20, or 4/20. More likely they're marking the counterculture holiday unofficially known as National Weed Day.

- Over the years, theories about the meaning of 420 have pointed to California's penal code section for marijuana use, the police radio code for smoking pot, and the best day to plant cannabis, according to Snopes.

From CBS NEWS Online: 420, 4:20 or 4/20, is a number used by many to denote smoking marijuana and pot smokers from Denver to Durango are gathering today, April 20, to say "Happy 420" and call for the drug's legalization.

Anywaaaaaay, on another news (hehe), last night, my Barx went out again to continue CELEBRATING just because ABI IS HERE! :) We went to Mona's house, had a few drinks and delicious Japanese foods. Sirang sira na talaga ang bora-body plans! :D Hahaha!
