Pink Kurve + "Underwear is a basic, human, right!"

Wednesday, September 12, 2012

As mentioned here, went to Rockwell again yesterday for the
PINK KURVE event. First we had lunch in Mamou:

I love cheese:

My lunchmates: Krissy, Kira, and Lauren:

Shen and Angela:

Love that the program's host quoted Rebecca Bloomwood of the
Confessions of a Shopaholic: "Underwear is a basichumanright!"

Pink Kurve is a lingerie boutique for men and women that houses
INTERNATIONAL BRANDS such as Pull-in, Body Wrap, Sassybax and Le MystĆØre.

Then they called in the PINK KURVE users as they
talked about the different brands they really use (and love!)

Kaye Garcia, co-owner of Pink Kurve:

“We ventured into the lingerie industry in 2004 and when we re-evaluated the business in 2011,
we realized that it had changed significantly since we started,” shared Kaye.
“We saw that there was a need for other intimate apparel that can’t be found in the country.”

Ava Daza, Kaye Garcia, Deng Bernardo, Bogey Bernardo, and Carlo Garcia

After that, we all headed to the Pink Kurve boutique...

...which is also located in Powerplant Mall (second floor!)

Love the neat shop!

More treats for everyone:

PULL-IN
Designed in France and manufactured in Europe, Pull-in is comprised of fun prints
that appeal to the young and young-at-heart. From colorful cupcakes
to comic book superheroes, SpongeBob SquarePants to Star Wars,
Pull-in’s collection includes boxers, lingerie, and loungewear.

Fashionista commuter peg:

Kakacurious kung glow in the dark to, hehe:

This trendy underwear line uses the “flatlock” process to ensure a smooth surface
and prevent irritation, while the “sublimation” printing technique guarantees
that colors remain bright and will not run over time.

Le MystĆØre
Top-heavy Filipinas have difficulty finding pieces that fit because sizes are often limited.
Le MystĆØre, a New York-based brand renowned for its “it’s all about fit” design technique,
is the perfect solution to this problem!
The brand caters to all shapes and sizes—ranging from 32A to 44G!

Sassybax
Pink Kurve also carries Sassybax, a line of revolutionary bras made of microfiber nylon and spandex.
Sassybax seamless bras virtually eliminate bulges around the back and torso,
giving women that svelte silhouette. The “Torso Trim,” which doubles as a bra and camisole,
creates an hourglass figure by comfortably compressing the tummy and midriff sections.

Body Wrap
Body Wrap, a Canadian shapewear brand they introduced in 2009, features seamless pieces
designed to complement a woman’s figure and be comfortable enough to wear every day.
Each style has panels with different levels of control that maximize the effect on targeted areas,
while enhancing others, creating the illusion of a trimmed body.

Apart from basic neutral tones, Body Wrap also includes a bridal collection
as well as bold prints for the more daring ladies out there.

Infer, etong section ang bet ko! Lol.
Love the clean white Body Wrap pieces.

Bloggers checking out the wide lingerie selection of Pink Kurve:

With me this time!

Carlo and Kaye Garcia, the husband-and-wife team behind local success Hot Pink Lingerie!
Ms. Kaye pala is Mariel Rodriguez's sister, when I took this
photo hindi ko pa alam and I was like "Ang pretty talaga!" hehe.

By bringing in various brands from all over the world,
Pink Kurve gives what the consumers want and more importantly, what they need!
