Style Origin 2013: Harbor Point Mall Subic - Part 1
Last Saturday was an "uhh-maaaazing!" day---in Thysz-speak, hehe! I LOVE "bloggers field trip", kaya kahit marami naring Manila fashion events, ibang usapan when the ganap entails sleepovers, or yung mga tipong kelangan ng long drives! Mas exciting and more more bonding with the group!!!

Anyway, so Tin, Thysz, Paul, and I met up ng super early (for my standards, lol) 9am last Saturday for the Subic's Harbor Point Mall Style Origin event. Ayala Mall provided a service and sa Trinoma Starbucks and meet-up place. I was praying for great weather lang that morning para walang basag trip, yung makulimlim lang na saktong lamig pero hindi maulan. The whole byahe ganito lang. Ang ganda:
Hi Thysz sa passenger seat! And Kuya Jeksen (slang ng Jackson, lol) our cool driver! ;)
Benta samin yung playlist ni kuya--yung tipong Taylor Swift saka Paramore, tapos magiging instrumentals / classical music, tapos sabay Moulin Rouge o Boom Boom Pow!! ;p Parang bawal matulog, lakas maka bipolar, hahaha! ;D Pero fun a!
Ito ang "Rayban: Remastering cool" with Paul and Tin! Nyahaha...Finally wearing my new (and first!) Rayban aviators! Yey!
Paul bought these cute baby JCo for the gang! Thanks bff!
Of course hindi kumpleto ang trip ng walang gas station stopover. CR break and bought water:
We also went down the car just so we can take classic shots sa Mexico sign sa gitna ng daan! :D
And pa-demure me, hoho:
Road trip! That was 30 minutes pa lang from Manila. Not yet halfway there, but parang ang bilis ng byahe kahit hindi kami natulog! Panay laughtrip, selfies (hehe), sightseeing, and kwentos lang! :)
And then finally... Hello Subic! Hello Harbor Point Mall!
This photo is from Harbor Point's FB page (follow! :)). This shopping center is the FIRST Ayala Mall in Olongapo City, and was named Harbor Point bilang located narin in Subic's bayside. I love the vibe of Harbor Point Mall--medyo mala ATC back when it was smaller! :p
Upon entering the mall, all-set na the stage area for the afternoon's affair!
In time lang din kami for lunch! Yey!
Happy fiesta in Friday's! Haha! Chill muna before we toured the mall.
Cool nito, hinanap ko talaga yung "side door" (hahaha feeler)
After the heavy lunch with the panalong mozarella sticks, the group parted ways muna para the Ayala team can prepare for their big show, while the bloggers had some serious shopping!
The Style Origin participating brands had these pop-up stores in the middle of the mall just for the few days of this event:
Medyo dito ako na-Death-by-Platforms! Hehehe. Tin checking out these Call It Spring heels na 70& off!
I didn't succumbed (succumbed! ;p) to my current ankle-straps / low-heeled shoes obsession! Pero ngayon nagsisisi na ata ako--these Call It Spring babies are for P650 lang! :p
Other stores I visited and over-stayed in (hehe)
Res | Toe | Run:
Charles and Keith!!!
And dito talaga ang kill-me-now, MANGO! EVERYTHING AT 50 OFF LANG NAMAN! :p (siraang budget)
We went to Ayala Mall's holding area so we can leave muna our shinopping before heading to the show. In short, we spent almost the whole afternoon na pala just going around the Harbor Point Mall's stores! :D Nakakalibang! Anyway, saw this white board in the holding area with the other participating Style Origin brands:
Harbor Point Mall's beautiful outdoors area! We checked out the coffee shops para pampa-energy before the program:
Nice outdoor tambayan area for the bagets and for families. Okay rin sha kahit solo ka and soul-searching ang drama mo, hehe.
Though seriously! ;p
It started to rain na, so we picked narin this nearby cozy looking cafe with the pretty blue seats called Ben's Kitchen:
I love the interiors! Napaka-charming the vintage memorabilia all over the counter:
Added cuteness is the servers' blue diner uniform!
Still busog from our Friday's lunch, so I just checked out their interesting coffee menu:
Paul picked the dessert for this coffee break:
We had this apple with coffee with ice cream thing, stale so di mashado masarap hehe, peace:
Tin joined us for these "dessert drinks":
We also met one of Philippine Star Supreme's writer, Don Juacin! He interviewed us din on influence and blogging! Kapressure, haha! Go bff!
We realized it was almost 6pm na and event's about to start so we left nadin afterwards! Cute ng frying pan orasan! ;p
When we got in the mall near the activity center, ANG DAMI NG TAO! Ang wild! The celebrities and the models invited for the Style Origin fashion show were already there na pala, everything's set! Everyone's so excited na!
Instax shot was taken during one of our many rest-times / kwentuhans!
Blogging about the Ayala Mall runway happenings next! :)
