Kahit paulit-ulit, most of us ladies still ignore our lingerie shopping. Either nakakatamad, nakakadyahe (nakakahiya), or mahalia lang talaga. Most girls uunahin nalang ang actual "clothes" or shoes, bilang hindi naman nakikita ang ang ating intimates. ;p Attending meetings and events halos everyday, though, I've come to appreciate the right bra and the importance of a well-fitting one. Here are several other random bra realizations, hehe:
1) Nude bra for light colored garments, black bra for dark colored garments.

Hindi ko gets how others can wear their leopard print intimates with sheer white polo, but siguro style lang talaga yun? :p But the basic bra rule is to match what your intimates with your clothes para hindi sha "kita", or basically para hindi sha distracting. Same goes with the undies. :p
2) Comfortable + Enhancing
Bras have to be two things: comfortable, so you can easily move around in them, and enhancing, especially when wearing fitted clothes with low necklines at ayaw mo namang may awkward wrinkles and bulges. At the Triumph event, one model demonstrates how a comfortable Triumph Body Make-up bra can give the right support even when worn to the gym, like it's barely there! 3) Extra support.
I realized that I've been wearing the wrong bra size dahil palagi akong nagaadjust the shoulder straps, and learned that lumuluwag din through time the bra band from washing. Eventually daw, when you always wear the wrong bra size, your breasts will sag. :p Buti nalang I recently discovered this amazing spandex The One Bra from Avon Intimate Apparel that fits sizes 32A to 40D! I've tried it, loved it, and perfect sha when wearing a shirt dahil seamless, no wires, and no hooks! I also love its fit that lifts and gives extra support, plus they retail for P455 only! Hoard!!!
4) Perfect fit + How to properly wear your bra.
During the Wacoal Perfect Fit Party, they have professional people who helped us get our correct measurements. But even after determining our band size and cups size, the only way to find out if it's the right bra for you is through fitting! Bras should be horizontal all the way around the torso, center gore must be pressed firmly against your body. And no bulges and bunches and any wrinkles!
To properly wear your bra, fasten band's clasps, and then place the shoulder straps. Adjust.
The crucial (!) part is that you have to bend and scoop your busts into the cup. In short, make sure shoot everything in your bra! ;p
