Before heading to Day 2 of our 7107 adventure, we stopped over SM Clark to check out the newly opened MESA branch for lunch. Ok ba ang music festival-ready outfits namin nila Paul and Sarah? ;p

Meat-lovers are in for a treat--they have the CRISPCHON baby suckling pig (de leche) served the traditional way or 2 ways: wrapped in pandan crepe with choice of sauces or tossed in chili garlic.
Other best-sellers include Hito Flakes on Spoon (crispy pulled catfish with mango salad), Shrimp Cake (delicious Shrimp patties skewered with asparagus), Chicken Binacol (chicken simmered in broth with young coconut and green papaya), Shrimp on the Rocks (river shrimp cooked in sizzling hot stones), Laing 2 Ways (taro leaves, pork, shrimp paste and coconut cream topped with adobo flakes,), Pinatayong Manok, Tinapa Roll, Crispy Tawilis on Spoon, and special rice such as Bagoong Rice, Sisig Rice, Tinapa Rice, Laing Fried Rice and Duck Basil Fried Rice.
