FitFlop SuperJelly: Super Comfortable and Super Vibrant Jelly Sandals!

Thursday, July 10, 2014

We all know of the standard FitFlop sandal design that is sobrang known for being super comfortable for walking. Moms LOVE them, kung saan saang mall ako mag punta I always spot mommies wearing their red-white FitFlop! Even my mom owns one, with the giant flower sa gitna (hehe). Now here's a new hip FitFlop collection that I learned about earlier during their media launch in Solenad 2 Nuvali. I am sure even YOU can't resist this...

...The super fun and super high-tech FitFlop SuperJelly

The launch was set in a summer-y outdoor venue. Primer Group of Companies brought people from the media to enjoy south-side's fresh air and naturally beautiful ambiance (may bias ang pag sulat ko nyan bilang taga south, haha)

The event's host, also my Bikram classmate before in Alabang, Tracy Abad:

Nagagandahan talaga ako sa kanya! Hehehe:

Hi Ean! :) They gave everyone their own pair of FitFlop SuperJelly to "road test":

I got the Mazzarine Blue! Yey, ang cute!

And then we were divided into 3 groups so we can go through the different tasks by batch.
My group's first stop was in GRIND, a new store-discovery for me:

GRIND carries wide selection of outdoor gear and sporting goods from brands like Supra, Roxy, Quicksilver, Hurley, DC, Sanuk, Volcom, etc.

And of course, FitFlop!

Just for that day, Grind provided different "outdoor grounds" set-up where we can take our FitFlop "selfie" for their Instagram contest.

Sand, grass, water with stones:

"Fall" feel, hehe, cool noh!

I also saw the 10 different FitFlop SuperJelly vibrant colors inside the store: Flame, Bronze, White/Red, All Black (a favorite!), Mazzarine Blue, Grass Green (cute din nito!), Urban White, Rio Pink, and French Navy. What are your picks?

Yummy colored Fitflops!

Our second agenda was in this fruity stall by Breville, where they held a lecture and demo on juicing:

Breville's Corporate Chef Emman Galvez:

Breville's resident nutritionist:

This basic juicer costs around P9k+, which I think is already reasonable when you're planning to take this healthy lifestyle change seriously. Actually, medyo nainteres ako with this, it looks easy!

...And of course,  yummy! You can learn more about this brand by visiting www.breville.com.ph

Last activity, the most relaxing part of the day, was a foot massage c/o Nailaholic:

Thanks Ate Rose Ann!

All 3 groups gathered to the main venue after finishing all stations to find out more about this new footwear from representatives of FitFlop Philippines.

All FitFlop sandals feature a triple-density Microwobbleboard midsole (ergonomic, patent pending, pressure diffusing, ultra cushioning layer of FOOT LOVE), but the unique quality of SuperJelly is that they are WATER RESISTANT! Made with BEACH-FRIENDLY TPU rubber upper, and adjustable enamel-covered metal buckles, you can use your jelly pair wherever, whenever, and in all your next adventures! :)

And yey! Ending the event on a high note by WINNING an Instax in the Instagram contest, along with Maura of Preview! :D

  1. That's cool! I've always been on the lookout for waterproof sandals with arch support (usually one or the other lang). I think this is perfect both for the beach and for rainy season! :D

  2. They dont feel like rubber. They feel like vinyl and can rip your toes up. I hate them and extremely disappointed.
