For the first time in their 3 years in the country, American retail giant Forever 21 joined the Philippine Fashion Week. Here are my favorite styles spotted at the F21 catwalk.

Whether it's hippie, preppy, or city sleek, a huge cover-up is the ultimate layer-piece this season.
