I used to be a BIG bazaarista. I don't just shop in all holiday and non-holiday themed bazaars, I even join them! I miss those days. Anyway, there's a big one coming soon, and it promises you great and unique finds from our local merchants! Sharing to you a teaser of what's going to happen at the first Spectrum Fair Manila.
Slated on September 5-6 at the Whitespace Manila, Spectrum Fair Manila is a food fair, curated marketplace, and live entertainment under one roof.
Here are some of the food we tried yesterday at the media launch. Everything's "Instagram worthy" and yummy! (The truffled mushroom dish is unforgettable)
For the shopping part, expect chic fashion apparel, lavish jewelry, sophisticated furniture, handmade accessories, home essentials, and travel must-haves.

Orchestrated by mother-daughter team Pia and Alyssa Arellano, Spectrum Fair Manila also collaborated with several personalities to represent a range of different fields coming together, from art and fashion and travel and lifestyle. Some of the ambassadors are Erwann Heusaff, Grace Barbers-Baja, Nicole Ortega, Amina and Rosanna Aranaz, Ava Daza, Cat Juan Ledesma, Martine de Luna, Camie Juan, Daniel and Vincent Velasco, and my dear friend Yuki Tansengco.
Aside from shopping and food trip, Spectrum Fair Manila, as a tribute to homegrown creativity and talent, will also be an avenue for artists, musicians, poets, and other performers to share their craft. I am also very much excited for the booth displays and event set-up - as the group aims to make it a unique indoor-outdoor fair. There will be a playful open-air atmosphere, vibrant colored lanterns hang overhead, rustic lawn chairs and wooden benches deck the turf, and all the works. See you on September 5-6!
