Where To Buy Your K-Beauty Products Online

Wednesday, May 03, 2017

Online shopping is the cause of death for my wallet. 😂

Before, I only had Zalora to shop for clothes and shoes. It's my guilty pleasure! I am amazed that they are always updated! I used to have a long wish list from their site, items I've accumulated from my nightly browsing habit (the culprit of my impulsive purchases!).

Now I have a new addiction: buying Korean beauty products online! We do have K-brands in Watsons and other physical shops like The Face Shop and Etude House, but the online shopper in me loves the thrill of creating wish lists, availing a "special" promo code before it gets expired, and of course, browsing through the neat websites and reading every description and testimonials about certain products I am eyeing till the very end. I am a sucker for these things!

So anyway, I listed here some of these websites where you can buy LEGIT Korean products. I know that there are other sites that sell them for much cheaper prices because they have multiple competing sellers (like Shopee and OLX, etc), but I cannot guarantee their authenticity. If you have recommended resellers, please do comment them below! Otherwise, it's hard to risk when what you're buying involves your face!

So anyway, for the love of all things Korean! Here's my list! Damay-damay nato! 😅

Yeppunonnie

Available Korean Brands: AprilSkin, 3CE, Missha, Laneige, Lebaton BanBan, Vant, and other Korean brands you will only see in their site.

Delivery Info: According to their website, they accept BDO deposit. Not sure if how many days till delivery.

What I like: They participate in bazaars, and hold makeup and beauty set sales on their Facebook Page.

Experience: I haven't tried purchasing from Yeppunonnie, but they have a nice selection of Korean brands I seldom see in other sites. Although I think their website is not updated so you have to check their Facebook and Instagram for some of their postings and promos. I also got to attend their Jay Park event before, which I find cool since they are the only K-Beauty site that hosted this type of event!

Beauty Lab Whitening by Suaviss

Available Korean Brands: Colmado, MCHLOI, Saipola, Suaviss

Delivery Info: They ship via LBC (Php 100), payment methods include bank wiring, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.

What I like: They carry their own labels, all made in Korea.

Experience: Ordered skincare products including the Brillant Boosting Essence (Php 2499) and  Double Effect Eye Balm (Php 1499). Both worked nicely on my skin, very premium quality. Placed order last April 9, received loot on April 19.

Yef
Website: ph.yef.co.kr

Available Korean Brands: Forencos (Song Joong Ki Face Mask!), Laneige, Peripera, Cosrx, Dr. Jart, Karadium, and Innisfree

Delivery Info: Yef accepts Paypal and bank deposits, with Php 70 shipping within Metro Manila and Php 110 for provincial.

What I like: Big discounts, complete line of the Forencos masks, and cool freebies when you order!

Experience: Ordered masks and Karadium makeup last December 29, received items on January 6. Received freebies with my purchase, and everything's of good quality! I still use my Karadium browcara and highlighter!

Watsons via Lazada

Available Korean Brands: Cosrx, Mediheal, Blingsome, Scinic

Delivery Info: Lazada offers Cash on Delivery, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, etc. Couriers include LBC, 2Go, and their own delivery service. Free shipping for items above Php 2000. Waiting period is around a day to a week, depends on product availability and location.

What I like: Super cheap Cosrx One Step Pimple Clear Pad (usually at Php 1000, they sell it at Php 665 only)

Experience: Haven't tried ordering here, but when I finish my tub of Cosrx, will buy from Lazada! They also have fewer selections compared to the other websites.

Althea Korea

Available Korean Brands: Aritaum, Holika Holika, W-Lab, Missha, Calmia, Skinfood, Apieu, Laneige, RiRe, Innisfree, etc. I think Althea Korea has the largest selection in online Korean beauty!

Delivery Info: Free shipping for orders above Php 999, package comes straight from Korea! Expect within 15-20 days from payment, depends on product availability.

What I like: They offer almost all our favorite Korean beauty brands, all guaranteed authentic! Althea also regularly gives discount coupons through their homepage so I regularly check their site. I am also a sucker for their beauty boxes, super sulit but ang bilis maubos!

Experience: Love Althea's website and app interface. I've ordered from them around 3x already! I used discount codes or avail their promos every time. I love receiving their pink box (sucker for packaging), and loot comes straight from Seoul! Ordered last April 19, box was shipped April 21.. And I received it around a week later.

BeautyMNL

Available Korean Brands: Neogen, Heimish, Saem, Lebaton BanBan, Innisfree, April Skin

Delivery Info: Payment via Paypal, bank deposit (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), credit card, cash on delivery (for order Php 5000 and up within Metro Manila). Shipping fee is Php 50 within Metro Manila, Php 150 elsewhere in the Philippines (flat rate), expect purchase a day to 5 days from payment.

What I like: Aside from their shop, they also have informative articles in their website (Bloom the Magazine) on all things skincare and makeup! You can also earn credits when you write reviews on their site.

Experience: Haven't tried purchasing from them, but considering it! Very nice interface, and huge selections of international brands.

Shop Pibu

Available Korean Brands: Banila Co, Benton, Cosrx, Tony Moly, Neogen, Mizon, Mamonde, etc!

Delivery Info: Free shipping for orders Php 1800 and above, otherwise it's Php 70 / Php 120 via Xend.

What I like: Their website and Instagram feed are so cute! I also love how they have a product category on their website where products were arranged according to skin concerns.

Experience: Haven't tried purchasing from this site, but considering it!

Have you tried buying from any of these sites? Or do you have other recos?
I am building my 10-Step Korean Skincare, thus the online shopping! Will post my new regimen next. 😊

  1. First time to hound your blog after seeing your Korean trip. :) Loved your posts but this entry is highly informative (thanks a lot)! I'll check out these sites if they have Demeter (a hand cream I got from Hongdae which is almost empty 😭).

  4. Okay, I'll be trying Althea Korea since you've already tried it as well. Any recommendations for someone who had just graduated from using FIRMx® Peeling Gel and Beautederm?
