My The Spa Wellness Experience!

Wednesday, June 13, 2012

On a lazy Monday, I decided to go out and treat myself after thinking about going to a spa for some time already. My crazy-for-massages friend Tracy Ayson recommended The Spa in Fort, and since I trust this girl's opinion...Went all the way to said place kahit may The Spa din naman dito sa south. Felt giddy on my way to Taguig, Me-Time kung Me-Time ang mission!

When I reached their lobby at around 5pm (second floor...passing by Barre and a really soothing ground floor area--may water falls effects pa), I chose from their wide selection of menu and decided to just go for the packages. Lubos lubusin na! I was aiming for a massage, full body scrub, and nail care...so these are the 2 options na bet kong iavail:

Although quite pricey, I decided to go for the Here Comes The Bride, since the package includes:

-Use of their sauna
-A jacuzzi time
-Choice of massage
-Choice of body scrub
-Choice of Facial
-Total nail care

They told me that the Here Comes The Bride can only be done in their Premier Villa. Think a solo room na saking sakin lang! Pikit mata, I said GOW!
I have to pay for the service right away, so no backing out na, I handed the receptionist my P4750 and just told myself I DESERVE THES! Lol.

While they prepared my room, I had a pleasure staying in their third floor lounge area--a nice quiet place na ang comfy lang sana eto nalang room ko, lol. They have magazines, free tea, coffee, water section, and soft seats na baka makatulog ako kung hindi lang tinawag name ko after 10 short minutes of waiting time:
Ang bilis lang ng pag wait, hindi ko pa nasusulit yung kape tinawag nako! Lol.

No wifi though, pero keri! Baka The Spa really aims for quality time, so bawal distractions! ;P

Before starting with my treatments, we passed by their neat CR:

And then finally, welcome to my spacious (and super bango!) premiere villa! They left me there for more than 30 minutes to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi:

Neat counter and sink area, with complete toiletries:

Massage bed with clean white linen, and 2 robes and several towels in all shapes and sizes, lol (Bawal umulit ng twalya? Ang dami! Hehe)

In love with the jacuzzi area..Ang neat ng design plus hindi nakakadulas (hehe, clumsy kasi ako)

I can stay here forever!

Bubbles!

Nagfifeeling Marilyn Monroe in My Week with Marilyn, hehehe:

There will be nothing to lose, till you lose your heart.
....Ay may time pa mag-emo! Lol.

Maximizing the donya mode by wearing their robes. I want to go out pa nga sa villa, may grass area kasi sila kahit nasa 3rd or 4th floor kami! "Resort in the City" nga ang peg!

But later on, got my treatments nadin one by one, around an hour for each. I especially LOVE the body scrub and massage sessions, sobrang yun palang sulit na everything. Actually, the sauna and bubble bath palang solb nako! While getting scrubbed to the bones, again I was telling mysef I deserve thes!

I chose the Combination massage (of Swedish and Shiatsu), and The Spa Tropical Rejuvenation for my body scrub...Na super bango!

Ginger tea time in between the body scrub and the massage:

The Manicure-Pedicure and my Restorative Water Lily facial were done simultaneously, making me ADHD mode after marelax sa first 2 services. Sobrang sakit ng pricking, naisip ko tuloy talagang I deserve thes!!!! Ang gastos mo kasi! Lol. ;p

The whole experience was so much worth it! I stayed there till 9pm...mga 4 hours worth of pamper time din yun! If only I can afford to go back here monthly, gagawin ko. For now, I relish on the feeling of a newborn (hehehe).

Sabi ng Ate na nag facial sakin: "Ma'am may aattendan po ba kayong wedding or kayo po ang bride?"
Me: "I WISH!" (chos)... Seriously, I just told Ate "Hehehehe...Wala lang po!"

Ended the day with a Greek dinner with my high school best friend Myey. :) Been a while since I've seen her, nakakamiss din! :P

It was a perfect day. :)
