KI by Neo Day Spa

Still catching up on my backlogs from busy weeks "pre-BU". Internet is rare dito, which is weird kasi akala ko ba internet everywhere daw haha! But anyhoo, dining in Denny's for breakfast here in Vegas kaya post muna ng naka draft na KI experience!

So... Days before the big bazaar of my 2013, I was fortunate (and with great timing nga naman) to try ANY service in KI SPA in Greenhills (thanks Bestie!). KI is also by NEO DAY SPA, and aside from GH, they also have a branch in the Net One Center (26th St. Corner 3rd Ave) BGC! I went there after more events, so mejo lost ako and Googled the location:

I was welcomed to the KI SPA with a really clean lobby/ waiting area, and their friendly staff. Good first impression for a first timer!;)

She made me choose my oil for massage, na super cool feature of this spa. May meaning silang lahat (4 elements), but I picked METAL kasi may lamig daw, naisip ko mas comforting--both sa feeling and sa scent. Ala liniment ba!

After confirming my services (decided to go for the HANAKASUMI NOURISHING RITUAL package --which includes a body scrub + massage), I was seated here in the "quiet zone":

Had yummy hot ginger tea for my throat (naks singer!;p) while waiting:

I was lead to my special room by my therapist. It is HUGE and clean. I was left to change muna into their provided robe, disposable underwear, and rubber slippers.

This spacious private room is ideal for couples! Or mag best friends! They have a shower room with shampoo and conditioner, enough towels, robes, sabitan for your clothes, easy to control lights and airconditioner, and a sink area.

My therapist made me feel at ease the whole time, checking if I am comfortable with the beds, the massage strokes, etc. Infer, the beds and sheets are great and comfy (and scentless, woot!).

Meanwhile my HANAKASUMI treatment is the best! Hanakasumi means Cherry Blossom mist pala in Japan--the national flower of the country. Hanakasumi is designed to remove stress, at the same time, awaken the 5 senses. Perfect! Kelangan ko talaga nito.

I also remembered being "brushed" before my massage--gusto ko na silipin anong ginagawa ni ate kasi mejo nakakakilito! Haha! Ayun pala they purified my skin using this Japanese brushing ritual focusing on the lymph nodes.

The warm cherry blossom rice powder scrub was then applied to my whole body, with impressive strokes na parang massage nadin! Gusto ko na I don't have to stand up pa to rinse before proceeding with my relaxing massage--my expert therapist was able to remove the scrubs with soft exfoliating towels, neatly shooting everything sa parang cling wrap! Pag upo ko, I was ready na for the massage! The treatments lasted at around 120 minutes, and package costs Php2k only.

I have tried the premium The Spa na before, and everytime I go on a body scrub in other spas, I wasn't impressed na. But here in KI, I found another place that exceeded my expectations. Kulang nalang talaga the bubble bath/ jacuzzi! But over-all I enjoyed the service and the facilities of KI, and would recommend you to try it yourself! They have a lot of "ala carte" services din at affordable rates. Visit their site for their menu + descriptions!
