Tokyo Tokyo is just classic. Naalala ko pa back in high school how luxury na whenever we go out sa Harrison Mall (nearest sa St. Scho) just so we can dine in Tokyo Tokyo. I love (still do!) the classic Yakisoba, while my best friend will always get the beef dish with Tokyo Tokyo's famous unli rice! Ahhh.. The good ol' days! :)
29 years and 52 branches later, Tokyo Tokyo continues to grow and offer the public a modern, mainstream approach to Japanese cuisine.
I went to the launch of their exciting new dishes in their Net Lima branch in The Fort.
They served these California Maki and Nori Fries for appetizers (love the fries!)
For the new additions to their menu...

"Tokyo Tokyo's Pork Tonkatsu Bento is a big favorite with a lot of our customers," says Harvie Sering, Product Manager for Tokyo Tokyo. "This time around we've made it even better with a yummy cheese filling and thicker, juicier pork slices. "Here in Tokyo Tokyo, we aim to provide our customers with quality Japanese desserts fit for the Filipino taste buds," says Carissa Loresca, Product Manager for Tokyo Tokyo. "Tokyo Tokyo's Snow Ice is perfect complement to our popular offerings, it goes with everything on the menu and it's also great as a standalone selection," she adds.
Some members of the Kaya FC team also graced the event... Lead by Tokyo Tokyo's long-time endorser Daniel Matsunaga ...na very benta sakin ang (attempt) jokes. ;p < 3
Iavail na ang pic! Haha!
Tayo nalang please, di naman kami nagkakalayo ni Heart. ;p (Joke) After this photo, inabutan ako ng PR ng press kit, and Daniel said "For me?" --inaagaw my box (lol!). Ang adorable lang ng attempt to be funny hahaha! ;D Kyot!
