I cannot count na how many birthdays and get-together this Friday's branch in Glorietta has witnessed. High school friends and I had spent countless nights here back during the day to party and celebrate, and now (at this age) to catch up. I would look forward to the Chicken Fingers then (di pa ako vegetarian noon, and eto lang ata ang mamimiss kong meat! hehe!), and the fried mozarella sticks now! Basically just enjoy a chiiiill night with super sarap food and perfect ambiance... That's TGIFriday's Glorietta 3 for us! Now on it's 20th year, our favorite restaurant just got a makeover...
New Look
The iconic red-and-white awnings remain but a simpler rendition of its logo affords a glimpse of what to expect: honest-to-goodness good food and a memorable dining experience.
This 360-seater branch is more modern and welcoming, mas maliwanag, and with still has its homey charm:
Heritage Wall: History is put on view with framed photographs recapping
TGIFridays history and depicting the journey of its founder, Alan Stillman.
As one enters the restaurant, the “Promise Wall” reminds
guests that “In here, it’s always Friday. Then there's the hip rendition of the New York skyline painted
on baseball bats! (Baseball is America’s national sport and the
first-ever TGIFridays opened its doors in New York City, at the 1st Avenue and
63rd Street in 1965.)

Now on to the food! Went to the new Friday's Glorietta 3 a few days ago, and had serious food trip with Ruth, Sarah, and Nikko:
