Making crafting a yearly thing, Team Instax Philippines had their 2nd Instax DIY Day last Wednesday in QC. The event, compared to last year, had a more intimate set-up, different set of DIY "teachers", and lots of contests for the media guests. I learned a lot from the guest speakers, like RJ Roque's tips on using the Instax Mini 90's double exposure feature and Reese Lansangan's cool Instax Keychain. I was also grouped with artsy bloggers Michael Macalos, Ava Te, and Melissa Gatchalian for the group DIY contest (we made an Instax mobile!).
Aside from the activities, the team also introduced their new campaign on Instagram called the #InstaxMemory (self explanatory, hehe). For this, I posted my Instax DIY Day photos from last year where I came to the event not as a blogger, but as a guest speaker along with Kerwin King and Verniece Enciso. I can still remember the HUGE and fun crowd and my very supportive friends, all creating beautiful art with their Instax prints.... Nakakamiss! Here's my blogpost on that wonderful Instax Memory.
