Paano Nga Ba Mag Move-On?

Maraming ways para maka move-on, sabi nga nila "it's a process". Totoong time heals everything, but habang gapang pagong ang oras... Kailangan may gawin ka. I think that's the summary of this post, move on by moving forward (naks).

Anyway, here goes my list!

Hehehe!

Damn, In Ho! :(

2) HoHol with Friends!

Time to reconnect with people na hindi mo masyado nakakasama nung nahumaling ka sa pag-ibig. Yan ang ganda ng friendship! Ang pag-ibig naman it comes in all forms, and true friendship will provide that love that you are currently lacking in your heart.

3) Work! Work! Work!
(aka Distract not Destruct Yourself)

4) Do one thing that scares you!

Yung feeling "nothing to lose" ka na, gamitin mo tong pagka FEARLESS mo to conquer your past fears! Haha! Best part is, you're creating better memories for yourself, nakaka proud sa sarili pag nagawa at nalampasan mo yang mga yan!

Kapit lang!! Level-up trekking at the Masungi Georeserve last weekend.

5) Makinig sa mga love empowering songs.

And finally, ang classic solution sa pag move on, makinig ng mga kanta na nakaka relate sayo. Sila naman mag adjust! Hahaha.

Kidding aside, recently Pioneer Insurance held their #MoveOnLang Songwriting Competition Finals Night at the Hard Rock Cafe. Was able to listen to all 10 songs live. Listen to all TEN SONGS HERE.

Watch the Facebook Live from last night's event HERE.

Host Chino Lui Pio with the esteemed judges Nonoy Tan (FILSCAP Chairman), Lorenzo Chan Jr. (Pioneer Life Inc. President), Joy Mesina (One Music PH Editor in Chief), Noel Cabangon (FILSCAP Trustee), and Rico Blanco (FILSCAP President).

All ten songs are original and impressive, but my favorite at that time was Invincible by Yosef Escoto of San Beda College, Alabang. Tune was really moving, words were empowering - by end of the song, I was really clapping along with the crowd! "Pang winner!" I was telling my seatmates the whole time, and true enough, Escoto bagged the top spot and Php 100, 000!

First and second runners-up were Benjamin Quijano of UP-LB for Aking Mundo, and Kenneth Roquid of  UP-Diliman for Alive. They both went home with Php 50, 000 and Php 30, 000 respectively, while all ten finalists received Php 100,000 worth of insurance coverage from Pioneer + Php 10,000 for the 7 other finalists.
