All in a day!

Thursday, October 15, 2009

I should be proud of myself, Queen Multitask. I can't leave the house without atleast 2 purpose of leaving (or maybe I am just a cheapstake and wouldnt want to spend my pamasahe for just one lakad! hahaha!)
Anyway, last Saturday, I held a shoot for my new headbands with my batchmate and friend from Candy Council of Cool (http://candymag.com/coc) Tracy as the photographer, and her friend Kirsten Rice as model.

I just have to say that this is the fastest photoshoot ever! We started 9am, weather cooperated and turned-off the rains for 3 hours, and packed up 11 am sharp! :D

Tracy Ayson and Kirsten Rice
The Photographer, The Model, and The Designer. (NAKS!)

People might think that photoshoots are all-fun and glam, but really, most of the time during shoots I just seat and watch...and watch..and watch some more..then assign another headdress, or style (when clothes are included) then watch again...or eat, or people-watch..haha! Anyway, The results afterwards (photos!) are the only rewards!---OH! Other than meeting new pretty (and talented!) people along the way! =)

(For more photos, and if interested with the products, do check out: Http://anagoncollection.multiply.com! :-) Thankyou!)

After my shoot, I went to glorietta via taxi because i cant bear the heat that time (yup! after raining hard that morning!). I spent the rest of the afternoon with my friends since highschool Ana and Tamemeh (Multiply username, real name: Me-an)

Because we were trying to save up for our nearing HK trip (October 22!) we decided to just hang out (tambay!) in Starbucks, and just fooled around. Haha! That's what I just love about these girls! I always believe that we have different friends with different roles (or things that you share common interest with, which made you and this friend *click* in the first place) --like "shopping friends", or "kainuman" (drinking buddies), or "church friend", "concerts partner"--in the case of Ana and Me-an, it's all about fooling around and being our crazy selves. :D

So, I just have to say, there's no dull moments with these two! =)

Mean: Anung gagawin mo mamaya?
Me: Tiger Pack party.
Me-an: Anung gagawin mo dun?
Me: Magpapa-cute.
HAHAHA

Me-an: Make up-an kita!

HAHAHA

Last stop for that day was in Ortigas for the Tiger Pack Appreciation Dinner. Tiger Pack is a group of UST alumni who supports Thomasian student-athletes. I signed up last summer since I've never been so active in UAAP Men's Basketball games than ever...And I find it difficult to buy tickets for the cheerdance competition inside the campus! I want to be part of a "school spirit"-group! =)

This was actually the first event of the Tiger Pack that I attended! =)
It was fun because of the games (they gave away box of beer and even a cellphone! but I was too shy to join! ;p), the program, the "special awards" for the Tigers, Dylan's joke time, video presentations, and watching the Tigers play haha. And of course, the photo-ops! :D

 Coach Pido Jarencio :)
Real-life Whitey, and my one-and-only favorite coach!

Tiger Pack's Kuya Coco! =)

Feel free to view more pics HERE. =) Lately, I am not using Mutliply's private mode for my albums since I feel that there are lesser Multiply viewers now, and besides..there's nothing to hide! ;D (haha!)

To finish this, let me quote from the last book I read (The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Stepher Chbosky)
"I guess I could tell people about Punk Rocky and walking home from school and things like that. Maybe these are my glory days, and I'm not even realizing it because they don't involve a ball."

May my ANAGON COLLECTION, PHOTOSHOOTS, TIME WITH FRIENDS, and TIGERS FAN-GIRLING (hahaha) be stories-to-tell someday, stories I'll tell my children and even children's children...and be happy that I have lived my life, and I have lived it well by doing things that I want. =)
