A strong distant earthquake occurred NEAR COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN at 1:46PM, 11 March 2011 (Philippine Time). PHIVOLCS Tsunami Alert Level is now 2. The concerned public is advised to BE ON ALERT FOR UNUSUAL WAVES. Only the coastal areas fronting the Pacific Ocean of the following provinces should keep watch: 

Batanes Group of Islands, Sorsogon, Cagayan, Northern Samar,Northern most areas of Ilocos Norte, Eastern Samar, Isabela, Leyte,Quezon, Southern Leyte, Aurora, Surigao del Norte, Camarines Norte, Surigao del Sur, Camarines Sur, Davao Oriental, Albay, Davao del Sur, Catanduanes.

Currently tuned in... Watching local and foreign news channels to get updates on Tsunami warnings here in our country, sobrang nakakapraning since my trip to Palawan is set tomorrow!!! Panay tubig lang naman nakapaligid sa Dos Palmas!!! =S

But more than this, I am super saddened with what happened to Japan. I am praying for them. Ang bigat lang sa loob.

Seeing clips on what happened to Japan was like watching an end of the world movie... And it's not even 2012 yet. As my friend twitted: "Nature's fighting back, and that's one battle we can't win."

But, I still believe in GOD and prayers.
