Good Deeds while Commuting

Thursday, February 20, 2014

This is me, last week, going mushy and pa-sweet a day before Vday. You have to see my Valentine's outfit though (in a next post!) na sooobrang laaayo from this! Sobrang hindi pang Valentine's, haha! Anyway channeling my feeling-Audrey simple girl look for our 2nd day in St. Scho bazaar (minus the heels, of course). Taken in the Peace Garden na may nilibing daw na rabbit, naaalala ko pa haha. So much grade school memories in there, dati feeling ko ang laki-laki niya. We even watched a play production there, Midsummer Night's Dream of Shakespeare--actual garden ang set-up ng isang batch making it more dreamy.

Anyway, the past days had been a bitch. First, my internet in both my phone and our house connection got very inconsistent, nakakasagabal sila ng work ethics. Lol.

And then the other day, after taking photo of the heart sunnies for @shopanagon, nabagsak ko yung phone ko while closing our door. "Normal" bagsak lang sha, but bigla nalang di na magfunction ang two most important use ng telepono ko other than call&text: flashlight and camera! ;p

Mahirap to look for the goodness in this situation. Napabasa ako about Mercury Retrograde, and sakop ang February 2014 sa schedule niya. "May pangontra ba?" Tanong ni Sarah. Nag Google pa ako further, and sa isang Mercury Retrograde website, panay cheesy tips and advice--so cheesy it is!

Alam ko na in order to feel good, you have to make other people feel good first. Di ko alam kung karma to o ganun talaga ang nature ng tao, pero effective naman sha sa 28 years of my existence (lol). Alam ko ding cinacancel out ko na ang good karma na dapat parating na sakin just by blogging about these good deeds, but ohwell, baka sakali makainspire sa susunod nyong commute:

1) Bring extra chocolate, or any food, in case.

2) Habang naglalakad ng kahabaaa haba from babaan ng jeep to sakayan ng bus, kanwari-di-sadyang payungan ang kaharap mong nanay/student/manong na nalimutan o tamad lang magbaon ng umbrella. Wag pahalata para di mag mukang creepy, lol.

3) Keep-the-change Situation: maging generous sa tricycle driver na nag dala sayo safely from Point A to Point B. Kahit limang pisong excess lang yan, big deal na yan kay kuya at sa family nya.

From 1 to 3, wag mag eexpect ng thank you.

;p Hehehehe.
