Ahhh.. I can feel the holiday rush as early as now! Events here and there, plus some blogger mails I recently received..... Sharing to you my new list of stuff to try from food to beauty to music to fashion! Let me know your faves!!

1) Matte Lipsticks for as low as Php 195!

My matte lipstick game is strong when I discovered these locally available brands with products that are quality and affordable!

First on the list is Careline Cosmetics' repackaged and reformulated Liquid Matte Lipstick! What I like about these matte lippies: they are light on my lips compared to other liquid lipstick brands, they are super affordable at only Php 195 each, and they are available in unique shades from plum to gray and even metallic!

My next recommended matte lipstick brand is Avon True Color's Perfectly Matte Lipstick. What I love about these lippies: They are non-drying, packaging is so classy, it is really literally matte, and their dark and red shades are just so pretty! Currently obsessed with the Wild Cherry and Superb Wine. Purchase a tube at www.avonshop.ph for Php 399.

2) Coffee Breaks!

New discovery while I was with my parents in Fort a few weeks ago. Gelatofix offers the smoothest and creamiest Italian gelato, savory fix like pasta and pizza dishes, and giving their Filipino consumers a place where you can "hang your hats" and chill. My dad loved the overall experience, thank you!

If you prefer to have your coffee in the office or at home, then check out Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's new Ready Coffee (3 in 1 coffee) and canned coffee. Personal favorite is the Ready Coffee Premium Blend, which I drink with ice! Instant cafe feels even when I am working from home.

I discovered Batter or Dough in SM North The Block through Farrah when she brought us here after the Rootote Philippines' launch. I super love the hip vibe of the place, it takes me back to the cool cafes of Seoul. It doesn't hurt that their waffles and coffee are also super good! Super Obsessed!

And lastly, sharing a little secret to all MATCHA and COFFEE lovers out there! CBTL has an off-the-menu offer that mixes these two flavors into one yummy drink! Try the Matcha with Espresso hot, over ice, or ice blended! My favorite it the hot version. 💚🍵

4) Shows to Watch

The Big Bang Theory fans were ecstatic when they released the childhood story of Dr. Sheldon Cooper through the recently launched show by Warner TV: Young Sheldon! Excited to catch up on one of my favorite English series!!


My favorite Japanese anime Doraemon comes to life through their I'm Your Here tour around SM supermalls! I've always loved Doraemon stories coz he's always there for his friend Nobita, taking out a gadget out of his pocket to help his friend get through life challenges.

5) Amazing Collabs!

Designed by Jodi Accessories is a new collection of bags released by Avon Philippines in collaboration with Jodi Sta. Maria. I learned that the actress is not only busy with her showbiz career, but she's also a student. 

Jodi definitely knows what functional and stylish bags should be! I particularly love this Jodi's Travel Backpack and Sling Set which comes with two lightweight basic bags. This set is available in http://avonshop.ph.

I used my black Jodi's Travel Backpack yesterday, aka National Events Day! It fits ALL my vanity kit, extra tops, daily essentials like wallet, powerbank and small make-up kit, plus the stuff that I pulled out on that day!

Left my backpack in Ava's car for my second event, and just used the small sling bag that comes with the backpack!

Speaking of which, here's the cutest collab to date! Plains & Prints partners with Mattel's iconic doll Barbie for that timeless and elegant looks in this 10-piece capsule collection! Very timely for all the parties this coming holiday season!

It might not look like it, but I am a Barbie girl at heart! Haha! This playhouse brought back so much good childhood memories with my sisters!
