How true it is that getting clients and buyers is never easy..all money spent for marketing. Like on business cards, promos, freebies, paperbags (packagings!). Plus establishing rapport with each buyer I encounter online or in person, during meet ups.
But how easy it is to lose them, with the wrong item, with a delayed delivery, with shipment booboos. I wonder how some online sellers afford to be mataray (rude) when replying to their buyers?
