Dove Go Play

I can't ever miss a Dove event, most especially when it comes to their shampoo because I am a big fan. Ever since the convention last year, I was sold to Dove's haircare effectiveness. For this year, we were reminded on how Dove can take care of our hair's damage--while we go about and play with our regular blow drying, plancha, coloring, and curling. Thanks for taking care of this stress!

TRIVIA #1: Did you know that even towel drying, combing, brushing, and exposure to sun and wind can cause damage to the hair!?
The event was held at the exhibition hall of the Mind Museum in Taguig. Following the white (with a splash of color) dress code, I must say the ladies all looked great that afternoon.
Another trivia: "Did you know that 84% of women are aware that styling activities damage their hair, but still continue to do it because it makes them feel good about themselves? In fact, 8 out of 10 women say that when their hair looks beautiful, they feel happier about themselve…

The absence of a shoe started it all.

My Recent Pink Parlour Visit

I seldom go to the north. After all the MRT news and horror stories, I haven't owned a stored value card for a long long time. But last Monday was an exemption. I had an exciting wedding client (aka my cousin) who went home all the way from Singapore for last minute wedding preps. With packed schedule, I told my cousin I can meet with her in a place most convenient for her, and since she's staying in Fairview, off to Trinoma I go.

And because I was there nadin anyway, I decided to maximize my time by visiting Pink Parlour in SM North The Block after the meeting. Pink Parlour's Marketing Officer Nino invited me to try out their new gel polish selections. Summer is here, I needed to let go of my gray polished nails.
Naalala ko pa when Singaporean waxing salon Pink Parlour launched this branch, their very first in the country. This place was packed with my blog friends wanting to try their gel polish and (hehe) brazilian waxing service.
Back at the red room, chos. Pink Par…

Speedo SS2015

Speedo combines fashion and function.

We all know Speedo as the swimsuit of choice for pro swimmers and divers. Basic and plain, or too "conservative" for a summer beach outing. But the Speedo’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection that I witnessed during last week's launch at the Glorietta Palm Drive revolves around its theme Intensify, which focuses on graphics, prints, and lots of colors! The wide selection of swimwear provides complete propositions for all types of swimmers -- from those who swim for fitness, health, to compete, me... for fun!

Some of my favorites:

Shopping Madness + Win P2,000,000 Points!

I enjoy my Watsons shopping as much as my bookstore shopping. They have a lot of my favorite brands and personal essential products for everyday needs and vanity (hehe). I always end up leaving the store with a purchase.
Last weekend, it was a 5-piece makeup brush set with a fancy case for only P500. Their staff are also very accommodating, but not in a sneaky and awkward way that will make me scoot out of the store. They're there to assist the buyers. Aside from makeup and the brushes, I am also interested with the variety of hair styling tools they have in the store. The curlers are tempting:
I like Watsons' Fragrances selections. At SM Makati's Beauty Section, they already have luxe perfume brands, including Philosophy which I am currently lusting.
Brand options for everyday essentials like facial wash, tooth care, body wash, sanitary pads, foot and nail care, hair care, etcetera.

I can't live without foot socks:
Whenever I need more vitamins or medicines, I go th…
